Yoga guru Pradeep Ullal arrested for raping NRI

CHIKKAMAGALURU: A yoga teacher arrested here for allegedly raping a non-resident Indian (NRI) on the pretext of maintaining contact with her in her previous life, police said on Wednesday.
Based on the woman’s complaint, the police initiated proceedings against Pradeep Ullal (54) Kevala Foundation, Mallenahalli in this district. The complainant is a native of Punjab but a resident of California, USA.
The victim claimed she visited the yoga guru three times between 2021 and 2022, during which time she was sexually assaulted.
