Home and Away’s Xander and Dana Will Fight Upon Return

At home and away from homeXander Delaney and Dana Matheson are on the verge of breaking up after their return.

The couple had recently split when Dana admitted she was unable to commit to Xander at such an early stage, however Xander’s subsequent surfing accident allowed them to reunite after Dana was hospitalised.

In the new scenes, which will air next week for UK viewers, Dana heads to Xander’s house and is touched to see he has set up a romantic setting – although she is also annoyed that he is not getting any rest while he recovers.

When Bree tries to sneak past, Xander questions her, and she admits that she and Remi had a fight – even though they are no longer exes.

Dana and Xander decide to postpone their date to talk to Bree about her love life. Dana notices that Bree’s feelings for Remy are at their worst at this point, and compares them to her feelings for Xander after the accident.

However, Xander seems to be closed off the next day, saying he is uncomfortable with the idea that Dana only came back to him because of the accident. He suggests that they might be wasting their time and getting back together for the wrong reasons.

A tipsy Dana approaches Xander and is in the mood to argue, although he has no intention of doing so.

The pair later cool down and talk about their conflict, with Dana telling Xander that while the accident gave them a reason to get back together, it’s not what keeps them together, as they both say they want to be together.

At home and away from home airs weekdays at 1:45pm on Channel 5, with repeats at 6pm on 5STAR and first showings at 6:30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in Great Britain.
